Description
- Substrate Reagents for CLIA Analyzers are essential components in chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) tests. These reagents, available in 100 ml vials yielding 500 tests, are used for the quantitative detection of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and its markers.
- The APLS substrate is stable and, when combined with ALP, hydrolyzes and releases photons whose amount is proportional to the ALP concentration, thus allowing accurate measurements in clinical analyses.
